About

I build the automations and the agents myself.

Panter Automation is a one-person practice in Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas. You talk to me, I build it, and I show your team how to run it. No platform, no hand-off to a delivery team.

Aiden Panter

I hold a BSME and I’m finishing an MSME at SMU, where my research teaches cameras to catch defects in real time. Before that I ran a floor of 125 people, led a process change worth $31M a year, and built and ran computer-vision software on AWS for my own product.

By day I automate drafting and project work for a heavy-equipment dealer. The agent systems I build on my own time are already running in production: bookkeeping classification from bank and card exports, bill intake from an inbox with PDF extraction, and report and invoice generation, each with a person approving before anything is posted or sent.

What I kept seeing is the same thing in every small business: good people spending hours a week on work that a well-built automation could do in seconds. The big consultancies don’t return calls for a twelve-person shop, so most owners either ignore it or buy something that doesn’t fit.

I’d rather spend thirty minutes watching how your quotes or orders actually move, build the one thing that pays for itself fastest at a price we agree on up front, and teach your team to run it. If I’ve done my job, you need me less every month.
