How it works
Small first step. Fixed price. Yours to keep.
Three steps, and the first one is free. I look at how work actually moves through your business before I build anything, and I build the simplest thing that holds up under real use.
Illustrative. The upper row is how a quote or order moves today; the lower row is the same job with the manual steps removed. The walkthrough finds the upper row; the build produces the lower one.
Most of the time in a small business is not lost to hard problems. It is lost to the same five-minute task done forty times a week by someone who has better things to do.
So I start by watching where that happens, and I only build what pays for itself quickly.
- Step 01
Free walkthrough
Free · 30 minutes, on-site or video
Thirty minutes on the repetitive work in your business.
You show me how a quote, an order, or a schedule moves through your business today. I tell you which parts I can automate, which need an agent, what it would cost, and what is not worth doing. No obligation.
What happens
- Walk me through one or two everyday processes, start to finish.
- I note where things get retyped, wait on a person, or live in someone’s memory.
- You get a short written summary with what I would build first and a fixed price for it.
What you get
A one-page summary: what to automate first, what it costs, what it saves.
- Step 02
Fixed-price build
from $1,500 · one rules-based automation, fixed price
One automation or one agent, built on the tools you already use, at a price agreed up front.
Most builds take one to three weeks. I connect the tools you already pay for, build the automation, test it on your real data, and show your team how to run it.
What happens
- A written scope that says exactly what it does and what “done” means.
- Built on your existing tools where possible: email, spreadsheets, QuickBooks, your CRM or scheduler.
- Tested on real jobs before it goes live, with a person in the loop wherever money or customers are involved.
What you get
A working build, a plain-language how-to, and your team trained to run it.
- Step 03
Monitoring & care
from $400/mo · rules-based builds · month to month, cancel anytime
I keep it running and improve it as your business changes.
Optional and month to month. I watch for failures, fix them before you notice, make small changes as your process changes, and add the next build when you are ready.
What happens
- Monitoring, so you hear about problems from me, not your staff.
- Small improvements and fixes included; bigger additions quoted as fixed-price builds.
- Everything I built keeps working and stays yours if you stop.
What you get
A short monthly note on what ran, what changed, and what I would automate next.
The exact price is fixed in writing before I start. Bigger, multi-system jobs start with a paid audit ($1,500, bigger jobs only; credited toward the build) instead of the free walkthrough. See the audit.
When the build is an agent
Four things that change
An agent makes decisions, so delivering one is more careful than switching on a rule. The three steps stay the same; these are added to step two.
- We agree in writing what it decides alone and what always goes to a person.
- It runs in shadow mode on your real data before it touches anything.
- You approve everything for the first weeks. The approval threshold loosens only when you say so.
- Accuracy is measured and reported, not assumed.
Ground rules
How I work
Four rules that apply to every build, whatever size it is.
- 01
Your tools first
I build on the email, spreadsheets, accounting, and scheduling tools you already pay for. New software is the last resort, not the first.
- 02
A person stays in the loop
Anything that touches money or a customer gets a human approval step until you decide it does not need one. For an agent, that queue is where every uncertain decision waits.
- 03
Fixed prices, written down
Nothing hourly. The number is agreed before I start, and if something turns out harder than I thought, that is my problem.
- 04
You own it
The automations, the accounts, and the how-to are yours. If you stop working with me, everything keeps running.
Next step
Find out in thirty minutes.
Thirty free minutes is enough to find out what I would automate first in your business and what it would cost. If nothing is worth doing, I will tell you.
